The Unpost Bills feature is used to reverse the posting process of a bill that has been inadvertently
posted, or to reverse a bill
that was incorrectly posted, so that you can re-select it. When unposting a bill, the following rules apply:

                    - You cannot "unpost" a manual bill. Instead, you have to reverse it.

- When a bill is unposted, all edits made to that bill are lost.

- Once
a bill is unposted, a new prebill must be
 generated.

- Unposting
can not be reversed. If you accidentally unpost the wrong bill, or need to reverse an unposted bill for any other reason, you must re-bill exactly as originally billed.
